You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Sphere is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of Sphere, you agree to:
- Use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Respect the rights, privacy, and dignity of other users
- Not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Platform
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
- Not use automated systems or software to extract data from the Platform
- Report any violations of these Terms or illegal content you encounter
You acknowledge that Sphere may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.
4. Creator Terms and Monetization
4.1 Creator Eligibility
To monetize content on Sphere, creators must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide valid tax identification information where required
- Have a verified payout method connected to their account
- Comply with all applicable tax laws in their jurisdiction
4.2 Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of the content you create and post on Sphere. By posting content, you grant Sphere a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.
4.3 Payouts
Creators can withdraw their earnings through supported payout methods. Sphere offers:
- Instant cash-outs to connected bank accounts, PayPal, or debit cards
- Minimum withdrawal threshold of $1.00
- 24/7 payout processing
4.4 Tax Responsibilities
Creators are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to their earnings. Sphere may issue tax forms (such as 1099s in the United States) as required by law.
5. Platform Fees and Payments
5.1 Fee Structure
Sphere charges the following fees:
- Tips: 0% platform fee (only payment processing fees apply)
- Subscriptions: Platform fees may apply as disclosed at time of setup
- Payment Processing: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction (Stripe processing)
5.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By using payment features, you agree to the terms of service of our payment partners.
5.3 Refunds
Tips and subscription payments are generally non-refundable. Chargebacks initiated without valid reason may result in account suspension.
6. Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following content and conduct are strictly prohibited on Sphere:
6.1 Prohibited Content
- Illegal content or content promoting illegal activities
- Child sexual abuse material or content sexualizing minors
- Non-consensual intimate images
- Content promoting terrorism or violent extremism
- Hate speech targeting protected characteristics
- Malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Spam, phishing, or deceptive content
- Content that infringes intellectual property rights
6.2 Prohibited Conduct
- Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of other users
- Impersonating others or misrepresenting your identity
- Manipulating engagement metrics artificially
- Selling or purchasing accounts
- Using the Platform for unauthorized commercial purposes
- Attempting to circumvent security measures
Enforcement: Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 Sphere's Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its design, features, and content created by Sphere, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.
7.2 User Content
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to post your content on Sphere and to grant the licenses described in these Terms.
7.3 Copyright Complaints
If you believe content on Sphere infringes your copyright, please contact us with a detailed notice including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- Location of the infringing content on Sphere
- Your contact information
- A statement of good faith belief
- Your signature (electronic or physical)
8. Privacy and Data Usage
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Key points include:
- We collect information you provide and usage data
- We use your data to operate and improve the Platform
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties
- Creators can export their follower data at any time
- You can request deletion of your data
By using Sphere, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. SPHERE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- NON-INFRINGEMENT of third-party rights
- Uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation
- Accuracy or reliability of any content or information
We do not warrant that the Platform will meet your requirements or that any defects will be corrected.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPHERE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
- Damages arising from third-party content or conduct
- Damages exceeding the amount you paid to Sphere in the past 12 months
These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory and even if Sphere has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Termination
11.1 By You
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
11.2 By Sphere
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice, if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your account poses a security risk
- We are required to do so by law
- We discontinue the Platform
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, pending creator payouts will be processed according to our standard schedule, subject to verification and compliance requirements.
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Informal Resolution
Before filing a formal dispute, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
12.2 Arbitration
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except for disputes that qualify for small claims court. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits.
12.3 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

- Update the "Last Updated" date
- Notify you through the Platform or via email for significant changes
Your continued use of Sphere after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
